Scenes Seen/The Continental Club: Viltrox Glass & A Sony Camera Too.
The motivation.
The usual. Photography as a distraction. Much needed nowadays.
The setting.
A local live music and art venue.
The rig.
This is where I would usually mention one Fujifilm camera or another. Experience, aesthetic, blah, blah, blah.
But recently there has been a shift where The Continental Club is concerned. What was once a “take pictures for the sake of pictures, so what if you miss a few” affair has changed. Now I have met quite a few folks, and they are starting to repost my pics. So now I want the sweet sweet unimpeachable hit rate that Sony delivers. Exactly why I used it to capture the intern orientation day at my day job where I am a mentor and resident photo taker… Except headshots. Could not help myself. GF 80mm f/1.7 all the way.

Paired with Viltrox primes, it is the perfect portable setup.
The lenses.
The camera.
Any Sony body A7III or on will do, but this was the tool this day.
The photos.
Earlier in the evening.
On the way.
The gallery side of the venue.
Bonus round. Video.
Thoughts.
A great night.
Great people.
Great music.
Cool.
Happy capturing.
