Scenes Seen/The Continental Club: The Tamron 35-150mm f/2-2.8… aka the precious… and a great performance. @iamvonnewman @continental_clubgso
The motivation.
The usual. Photography as a distraction. Much needed nowadays.
The setting.
A local live music and art venue, The Continental Club.
The occasion.

Have seen Von perform with others…
Very talented.
Also met his significant other.
Nice folks. So I went out to see his show.
The rig.
Arguably, the most well-rounded camera I have ever used.
The lens..
Aka, precious. My Swiss Army knife do-anything lens.
The photos.
On the way.
I took up my regular spot.
On the break, Tanya requested a few pics. Certainly.
The blue/red lighting in The Continental Club is diabolical for available light pics. Luckily, I had packed the Viltrox Z2 Mini TTL.
Went to the art space side of the venue.
And back to the music side of the venue for the second half of the show.
Thoughts.
I will keep it brief.
Capable gear.
A great night.
Great people.
Great music.
So much talent right here near me.
Cool.
Happy capturing.
