Scenes Seen/Photo Dump: GFX + ROKKOR 58mm f/1.2.
Some Father & Son Gallivanting, A Trip To Chorus Rehearsal, A STtp By The Continental Club to meet with friends, and Other Locals.
The motivation.
The usual. Photography as a distraction. Much needed nowadays.
The setting.
Took the rig wherever I went.
The rig.
Officially an all time favorite.
So much so that, whether the situation fits or not, it is what I would prefer to use. And when used within the realm of realistic expectations, it never disappoints. More on this will be outlined below.
The photos.
Chorus rehearsal night.
Went to a Jazz venue. The music was phenomenal. The venue was nice, but I prefer the energy of The Continental Club.
Dinner with my Mom and one of my Daughters.
Back to The Continental Club to meet with friends to go over music.
Thoughts.
So… mimics a rangefinder experience… mimics a film experience…
And then I can slap a native GFX lens on it, and it can do this.
This years old camera sits at the crossroad of every one of my individual image capturing favorites.
Happy capturing.
