Recommended to me by my local camera shop. WIth the high price of 800 speed film I have kept to 100, 200, and 400 film but I decided to give this film a try. Mainly because I had not heard of it before. I decided to go in blind and not check Flickr or elsewhere for sample pics. As usual, developed at home with Cinestill CS41.

The experience.
I love this camera and lens. A joy to use. Bought the Hexar RF as a last ditch measure to satiate my minor obsession with the Leica M6. The M6 is a legitimate legend worthy of the praise heaped upon it, but after running through a number of also ran film rangefinders I have not thought about buying any other camera since the Hexar RF arrived. I stopped off before my rehearsal to start the roll and in short order I had run through the entire roll of film.
Here are the resulting pics with some thoughts on the film afterward.
Thoughts.
I really like this film. I will wait until I run through another roll or two but purely based on this test roll I may have found a new film to put in rotation with my other favorites. And most importantly…
A fine fit of analog therapy.
