Analog Therapy, Some Digital, & Restoration: Fujifilm GA645 – CatLABS X FILM 100 Color.
Yesterday was all over the place. Nothing bad. Just a lot of different stuff.
Traveled to the office to meet a new intern I will be mentoring. Took photos for the intern program. Brought along a film camera to document my trip to the office. Then last evening my chorus sang at the dinner service for a local food shelter.
Here is the day in order of proceedings.
Office visit.
Digital intern photos.
Tools used? Overkill. But ultimately a great camera, lens, and flash. Now on to the fun part.
Film photos.
Now this is more like it.
I said in an earlier post that if my goal was to burn through 120 film at an unprecedented pace the GA645 has been a roaring success.
Took a quick spin around the place before heading out. Film for the day was a favorite of mine. Affordable also. CatLABS X FILM 100 Color developed with Cinestill CS41.
Cool.
On to the evenings events. Last year film was used when we visited the shelter.
Back to digital for the visit this time. But I did not use it. During our visit to the shelter anyways. The mood gave an opening last year. Not so this time. Chose instead to simply take in the evening. Did capture a few pics as I headed out and on the way home.
Welp. That is about it.
A parting thought.
It is good to spend time amongst those from varying walks in life.
Sobering and wonderful. Some sang with us. Some laughed with us. Some danced along while we sang. Restored my soul. They thanked us. I thank them.
That is all.
Happy capturing.
