My son gifted me with some film.

Very kind of him. I really like this film. I chose a recent favorite camera…
…and a long favorite lens.
A fantastic camera. Check the link above for details, but this is an inexpensive film camera that holds its own against and often exceeds the performance of more sought after cameras. Great AF. Accurate AE. And the 1/8000s top shutter speed has few rivals with the film cameras I have owned and used.
A fantastic lens. I have a long history with it across many mounts. And it performs just as well here.
Developed with Cinestill CS41.
On to a classic analog therapy run. Capturing what appears before me. Scenes seen if you will. One was meh due to no effort from me and no fault of the camera. Others were duplicates of better framed pics. One was lost to hand shake. Not bad considering the fact that I was using ISO 100 film with an f/2.8 zoom. For others, I sufficiently braced myself for the capture.
Last thoughts.
I like this camera, lens, and film. Add in the fact that it was gifted to me by my son and even better. A great analog therapy session.
Happy capturing.
