Sharing galleries from a recent visit to my home state, NY. This gallery is from a Gordon Parks Photography Collective Harlem and Washington Square Photo Walk arranged by talented photographer Erskine Isaac. These images will be of folks that other group members approached and those we bum rushed as a group. I will be first to admit that I was slow on the draw and give all credit due to Erskine, Enrique, Deborah, Ameerah, and Ocean.

I gained from their awesomeness. All images were taken with the Sony A7III and either the Rokinon/Samyang 75mm f/1.8 or Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8.
Started with Erskine asking this young lady if she was ok with having her portrait taken and she was game.
This man had a glow about him.
Another willing participant.
A very friendly young man that hung out with us for a while.
More great people of Harlem.
Our newest new and now old friend George who hung out with us for a while.
Artist of many talents Mona.
We have Wes. A great subject and very patient with us.
Fellow group member Ameerah.
Raheem and his brother posed for these great Brownstone steps shots. The email address I took down for Raheem (left) did not work. I would love to get in touch with him so I can get him these photos. He was so happy tp be taking them and had a great spirit. If anyone knows them please let me know by commenting on their Instagram images.
The last portraits were taken of a wonderful couple, Tony and Maria, and their young son who happened to walk down the street. It was great talking with them and we had great fun capturing their images.
Well that brings this post to a close. There are more NYC images to come.
