I originally purchased one of my all-time favorite lenses, the Helios 44-2, for my Zenit E.
While I enjoy that combination and it nets great results…
…this lens really shines on digital. Here is a shot I took of a youth group at Duke Gardens on Fuji digital w/ a Zhong Yi speed booster.
Speed booster worked very well, but full-frame digital is where this lens started to really shine. Add AF via Techart as recently posted about and it becomes even better. Was able to capture some great images at lunch on Friday.
Samples shared below and here is an ongoing album for the lens. Less than $50 on this lens was money well spent.
