Take care in being swift to judge. Time will often reveal the genius to be the fool and the one who at first seemed to have lost their minds to be the only one in the room who had a firm grasp on reality all along. Knowing when to speak and when to remain silent is a priceless tool to have in ones possession. Speaking before full knowledge is attained is at times regrettable, but few, if any, have ever regretted first asking, observing, listening and learning fully confident that speaking is best as the fifth tool employed following the previous four. -ELW
