Anger and hate are mistakenly believed by many to be tools of strength when in actuality they are common flaws of the frightened, weak, insecure and pedllers of falsehoods in general. Stoicism, patience, and love are the tools most readily available in the skill-set box of the strong and upright. There is little to be gained by entertaining the angry, other than a headache perhaps from all of the sounding brass and clanging cymbals. A person incapable of controlling their own emotions cannot be trusted, or at a minimum should not be trusted, with much else either.
