The camera.
I talked this camera up already.
I like this camera. This post marks a pivot from counting off the first rolls of film. The camera is a keeper. Above that, actually. It has immediately become my favorite film camera. And even more than that I prefer it over some digital cameras.
The film.
JCH Streetpan 400. A solid film. Developed at home with Cinestill df96.
The occasion.
I kicked myself out of the house to kill a roll of film so I could develop film, which I find to be very therapeutic.
The location.
Was undecided. Started out intending to go to a local downtown. But they have a treasonous statue that I would rather not be bothered with. So I was hesitant. Where I ended up was a local small park.
