I accurately predicted that it would be discounted eventually because there were no SA mount cameras for sale. And when it happened, I picked one up with a SIGMA SA to Sony FE adapter, and I have been very happy with it.

So… How would $429 off a Sony Mount SIGMA 105mm f/1.4 “Bokeh Master” sound to you…

But portraits are not why I like this lens so much. I can turn out a portrait with a zoom lens…

…or less expensive prime lenses.

So, if not for portraits, when do I like to use the 105mm Art for?
