As previously stated, I really like this camera.

The Gear Churn Continues: A Return To The GR. GRIIIx This Time.

I can comfortably call it. This is the daily carry camera I have been looking for. Solid APS-C IQ with a fantastic prime lens in a truly pocketable form factor. In a class of one in my opinion. The only camera that matches its size, while admittedly being the camera I would reach for if using it for video sacrifices the prime lens and sensor size.

Tiny Options — Sat beside the similarly sized Sony ZV-1.

The “what about” cameras.

While capable image capturing beasts any of the other cameras that are typically brought up in comparison to the GR are not actual competitors. The key factor being size. Any larger than this and I am not interested. I would personally rather use any number of interchangeable lens cameras instead. Personal preference.

This is the camera I use when photography is not the primary concern of the day.
