Analog Therapy: Rollei 35AF – Ilford HP5 400.

The new arrival pixie dust has started to clear with the Rollei 35AF, but I will keep it brief here since I put up a formal review post. My thoughts all pretty much align with the “So…” post I wrote a while back.

Rollei 35AF

The film this go around is an old standard, Ilford HP5 400. A solid middle of the road film. Not bitingly sharp or contrasty as other films, but I like it just the same. A nice mellow look to it. Developed it with Cinestill df96.

Occasion. Nothing of note. Killing a roll of film on rehearsal night. Lost quite a few frames to no look hip shot hubris. Not bothered in the least. The camera did as told so any missed focus pics lost were on the user. Here are the surviving pics.

Thoughts on the film.

I like it. Exactly why it stays in constant rotation.

Happy capturing.
